Period.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The &amp;ldquo;Will it Actually Fit?&amp;rdquo; Problem&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;If you want a lamp that just slides right in without a headache, you only need to worry about three things: voltage, wattage, and size.&#xA;Get this wrong, and you&amp;rsquo;ve got a problem. If your machine wants 230V and you pop in a 110V lamp, it’s going to burn out in minutes. Same goes for wattage. If it&amp;rsquo;s off, your drying curve shifts. Suddenly, your food is either under-cured or—even worse—scorched.&#xA;We obsess over the millimeters. Why? Because if a lamp is just 2mm too long, it won’t seat. Too short?
